Return Policy

Eyeglasses & Sunglasses


  1. For all its customer, 3 day no questions asked return policy is offered by us..
  2. A return request by the customer can be generated by logging into their account or they can choose to call us at Customer care no +91 960 779 9933 or send an email to care@spexfree.com with complete order details.
  3. Once the return requested is completed, entire product including all accessories, invoices and packing material should be packaged nicely, completely ready for pick up.
  4. Once it reaches us, the product and the claim will be verified by our team , including confirmation that our product has not been used and the condition are good for further sale. also, checking if all the items with the product  have been received  by us . In the event if damaged products are found or they have used or any accessory is found missing , Spexfree.com can deny refund to the customer.
  5. No return/refund request would be entertained if we have been supplied with incorrect prescription values for Eyeglasses/ Prescription Glasses. are entered at during the time the order was placed
  6. In the event, we observe un-natural behavior where bulk or multiple orders are placed at our website to be cancelled or returned. Under occurrence of such events, we at Spexfree.com reserve the right to levy return/cancellation charges that would be substantial in nature (Can amount to the complete order value) from the user, if these charges are borne by Spexfree.com.

Contact Lenses


  1. No refund would be offered if the packaging of the lenses has been found opened/tampered.
  2. The box & the lenses inside the box must not be opened/tampered if you want to request for refund. However they still will be non-returnable if the boxes have been opened, but still the lenses inside were unused.
  3. In case you wish to return Contact Lenses, its box & the lenses inside the box must not be opened. The product  still will  be non-returnable in case if  you've opened the box, but still , the lenses inside are unused.
  4. If we find the lens box and lenses inside are sealed and intact  along  its respected accessories, warranty card and document , the returns request will be processed.
