Our aim is to deliver your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Your order would be dispatched within 3-5 days of order confirmation (and receipt of your prescription, if needed), based on the products ordered. Based on your delivery location, It takes 2-5 days to get your product delivered to delivery address.

We have ensured that for you, whenever you choose a pair of frames or sunglasses that you love, look on the inside of the frames’ temples (or arms) where you will see a series of numbers like this – 48/18/130. The first number seen is the horizontal width of the lens, the width usually ranges from 40 mm to 60 mm. The second number seen denotes bridge size ranging from 14 mm to 24 mm , this is the distance between the two lenses. The last number which is the temple length is measured from the end piece to the tip. Temple ength falls between 120 mm to 150mm. Check the below link for more details.
Don’t Worry! We’ve got your back. Spexfree.com has an exchange policy valid within 3 days from the date of delivery. Incase if there are product related issues; please report within 3 days from the date the product is delivered. We will arrange one you contact us. Once the pickup process is completed and the claim checked, verified and approved for its authenticity, refund of the amount paid will be processed as an online credit in your wallet which you can utilize it for your next purchase.
In the rare cases of an incorrectly processed lens order, we’ll get the product picked up and get the correct lenses fitted at our cost.
An eye-test every six months is a good practice and highly suggested.
The delivery process for all frames and sunglasses usually takes between 5-7 working days, for powered lenses your specs will reach you in 7-10 working days. We would love you to have your new glasses at the earliest.

Your will also received details via SMS / Email, with the tracking details, once the order has been dispatched for delivery.
