a) For all its customer, all products would can be cancelled within one hours (60) after completing the payment process. Order placed can be cancelled by our users by logging in their accounts or they can choose to call our customer care no at +91 960 779 9933 or send an email to email@example.com for their cancellation request.
b) Cancellation would be approved and processed if they fall in the timelines , where the products ordered have not been dispatched from Spexfree.com warehouse/s. No cancellation would be allowed when products have been dispatched.
In case of partial order cancellation/returns request , no refunds will be offered, as such cancellation are not allowed.
